Description:
CQ Roll Call seeks a senior researcher to support multiple online and print publications. Responsibilities include fact-checking for CQ Weekly and other publications; data collection and review; and general research for assistance for the newsroom. The position requires a solid grasp of the legislative process as well as a general understanding of federal, state and local political structures. Candidates must have a broad skill set that includes: knowledge of research tools; attention to detail; office diplomacy and database management. Experience with Access, Excel and InCopy a plus.
