WXIX-TV, in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a full-time Morning Meteorologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing producing support to main Morning Weather Talent, and also anchoring major sections of our Fox 19 Morning Show that runs from 4:30am to 10am, as well as providing fill-in relief for other newscasts. The successful candidate will be experienced on multiple platforms, be knowledgeable of severe weather, possess the skills to deliver a dynamic weathercast using the WSI Weather System, and an excellent grasp of using social media networking to reach viewers on-line. This position requires previous experience as a television meteorologist, familiarity with current television weather systems, techniques and equipment, including radar. A bachelorís degree in meteorology is preferred.
